How to use : 
Adults : Take 3~5 tablets daily.
Children : Take 2~3 tablets daily, or as professionally prescribed. Not suitable for those with dairy intolerance or allergies.
 
Storage : Store below 30˚C in a cool, dry place.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
