We ship locally in NZ with Courier Post & to most international destinations with DHL Express. Please click your desired destination at check-out to see if we can ship to you.

We offer free shipping locally for orders over $49 sent with Courier Post and charge $5.99 for orders for less than this amount. Shipping costs to international destinations will be determined by weight and destination. International shipping fees will be calculated upon checkout.

Please be advised in advance that each country has differing requirements regarding imports including limitations based on quantity, weight or pricing. Please check in advance what the requirements in your country are before ordering as Nature's Wisdom will not be held responsible for customs fees, taxes, return shipment fees etc.

If you have made a mistake at checkout, let us know immediately and we will refund your money. If the item has already been sent then we will refund the money upon reception of the items purchased provided the items have not been opened. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will accept returns on damaged goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are held up at customs, that incur custom duties, are subject to additional taxes or are subject to a problem associated with customs so please verify your country's legislation before ordering.
